Hextar disposes stake in Pekat


PETALING JAYA: Hextar Holdings Sdn Bhd has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Pekat Group Bhd, following the disposal of 20 million shares in the latter on July 14.

In filing with Bursa Malaysia, Pekat announced with the stake sale, other shareholders like Datuk Ong Choo Meng, Datin Teoh Siew Yoke @ Teoh Siew Chin and Datuk Ong Soon Ho have also ceased to be substantial holders due to their interest in Hextar.
