Sarawak ramps up efforts to reduce imports


KUCHING: In its efforts to reduce imports, Sarawak is poised to venture into large-scale production of animal feed from palm oil waste, moving forward.

The move, which is initiated by the state’s Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development Ministry, is also to address the soaring prices of imported animal feed due to the global shortage.
