Mesiniaga bags RM51.6mil contract from Maybank Shared Services


KUALA LUMPUR: Mesiniaga Bhd has secured a RM51.64mil contract from Maybank Shared Services Sdn Bhd for the subscription of cloud infrastructure and software services.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said it had accepted a purchase order from Maybank Shared Services for the subscription of Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI), Ultimate Software License and Mission Critical Software Support Service.

The contract is for a duration of 60 months and is scheduled for completion by April 30, 2031, with no automatic renewal clause.

Mesiniaga said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards until completion.
