PETALING JAYA: Niche Capital Emas
Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Novaworth Sdn Bhd, has entered into an agreement to grant exploration rights to Spate Precious Metals Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Niche Capital, a jewellery producer, said the agreement entailed Novaworth carrying out in-ground exploration and/or prospecting of gold and incidental technical works on an area measuring 910 ha in Tanah Merah, Kelantan.
