King raises his stake in Citaglobal to 7.967%

KUALA LUMPUR: Citaglobal Bhd has disclosed that Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has increased his stake in the company to 7.967%.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Citaglobal said the King acquired 1.378 million shares on June 6.

This raised the King’s direct shareholding in Citaglobal to 33.26 million, or 7.967%.

The King has been increasing his stake in Citaglobal. He acquired 2.39 million shares on June 2 and 1.21 million shares on May 26.

Also purchasing shares was Citaglobal’s executive chairman and president Tan Sri Mohamad Norza Zakaria, who bought 23,900 shares on May 26, and 126,100 shares on May 29.

Mohamad Norza now has an indirect stake of 163.87 million shares or a 39.21% stake in Citaglobal.

Citaglobal closed down two sen to RM1.38 with 596,200 shares traded.
