Easing residential overhang


“The level of overhang has decreased as supply has reduced,” Siders said.

THE level of overhang in the country is expected to ease further in 2023, as property developers are anticipated to either tone down their launches or offer products with healthy in demand.

PPC International Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Siders Sittampalam notes that year-on-year, the level of overhang had eased in 2022.
