KUALA LUMPUR: Star Media Group Bhd
's independent non-executive director Wong You Fong as been redesignated as a non-independent non-executive director.
According to the Star Media website, Wong was first appointed to the board of the company on June 1, 2017.
She is a member of the nomination committee of the company.
The media company also said Wong, 51, is a practising lawyer with more than 27 years of experience.
She is currently practising under Messrs Wong You Fong & Associates.
