Kimlun unit bags construction contract worth RM237.63mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corporation Bhd has bagged a contract worth RM237.63 million for the main building works for two blocks of serviced apartments in Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kimlun Corp said the contract was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, by Bayu Melati Sdn Bhd.

The construction work is expected to be completed by end of January 2027, it said.

"The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period,” it said. - Bernama
