Matrix Concepts hits FY23 sales target, posts full-year net profit of RM208.54mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd said it had achieved its new property sales target of RM1.2bil from its Malaysian developments, attributed to its township in Sendayan Developments.

During the 2023 financial year, the group said RM1.1bil of new property sales were contributed by Sendayan Developments while its Kluang, Bandar Seri Impian, township recorded RM46.1mil in new property sales and its maiden Klang Valley development, The Chambers, recorded sales of RM44.5mil.
