Sentral-REIT’s occupancy improving

PETALING JAYA: Sentral Real Estate Investment Trust (Sentral-REIT) is expected to see its portfolio occupancy rate improve over the medium term as its management works towards securing new tenants for its office buildings.

The management is negotiating with prospective tenants to fill its vacant buildings, especially Wisma Technip and QB2.
