Green Ocean inks land and plant deals

PETALING JAYA: Green Ocean Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Ace Edible Oil Industries Sdn Bhd, has entered into two sale and purchase agreements with Wilee Vegetable Oils Sdn Bhd for the sale of freehold land in Kapar, Selangor, and plant and machinery for a total RM23.4mil cash.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Green Ocean stated the land measured 19,549 sq m in area and housed a single storey factory with office building annex, a single storey plant and a single storey warehouse which were all sold for RM22.4mil.
