Axis REIT's new tenancies to mitigate higher costs

KUALA LUMPUR: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) can look forward to the commencement of new tenancies at newly completed and enhanced facilities, which could offset its increased expenses for the year, says Hong Leong Investment Bank (HLIB) Research.

In a review, the research firm said Axis Facility 2@Bukit Raja and Bukit Raja DC2 will commence its tenancies in mid-May and September respectively with double-digit increment in rental rates.
