has assured that despite facing RM2.2mil claims over the supply and installation of two solar photovoltaic (PV) systems from Multiplex Packaging Sdn Bhd, it is business as usual for Pekat.
The solar PV and earthing and lightning protection (E&LP) specialist is seeking the necessary legal advice to defend this matter and an appearance has been entered to defend the Writ on March 6 by its solicitors.
