KUALA LUMPUR: The Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) has reprimanded a former unit trust scheme (UTS) consultant for her misconduct/breach of FIMM’s Code of Ethics, Third Edition, dated Jan 13, 2020.
In a statement, FIMM said it has reprimanded Heng Lee Kuan, a former UTS consultant of HSBC Amanah Malaysia Bhd.
