Substantial shareholder in Cypark emerges


Cypark said Perkeso acquired 42 million Cypark shares on Feb 3 via a direct deal.

PETALING JAYA: Pertubuhan Keselamatan Social (Perkeso) has emerged a substantial shareholder in Cypark Resources Bhd with a 5.49% stake.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Cypark, a renewable energy-based business, noted that Perkeso had acquired 42 million Cypark shares on Feb 3 via a direct deal.
