O&G stocks see early rally


Bullish outlook: Analysts say investors have moved into O&G stocks ahead of expectations of more capital spending by PETRONAS.

OIL and GAS (O&G) stocks have generally been stellar performers since the year began.

The sector’s shares have now recovered back to their eight-month highs, with the Bursa Malaysia Energy Index having gained some 12.5% to 876.69 points in the year-to-date period.
