PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd
(TNB) has announced the resignation of its chairman, Datuk Seri Hasan Arifin, with effect from Jan 1, 2023.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TNB said Hasan, 69, shall also relinquish his chairmanships and directorships in the respective subsidiaries within TNB’s group of companies.
