AS the year draws to a close, fund managers tend to wind down, close their books and zoom off to their luxurious holidays. Many big investors tend to do the same, resulting in a cooling down of equity markets.
But this year seems to be different. At least as far as new listings, specifically on the ACE Market, are concerned.
