KUALA LUMPUR: Mesiniaga Bhd
has accepted a contract from the Companies Commission of Malaysia to supply and maintain a corporate registry system valued at RM43.62mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the ICT solutions provider said the contract performance period was from Jan 1, 2023 to Dec 31, 2026, with no automatic renewal clause.
