Top Builders fails to submit quarterly report, remains suspended


KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in shares of Top Builders Capital Bhd remained suspended after it failed to submit its quarterly report for the financial period ended Sept 30 to Bursa Malaysia Securities.

The company failed to submit its quarterly report for public release within the stipulated timeframe i.e. Nov 30, pursuant to Paragraph 9.22(1) of Bursa Securities' Main Market Listing Requirements (LR).

“As the company's shares have been suspended from trading since Nov 8, the trading suspension of Top Builders will continue until further notice,” the Top Builders filing to the exchange stated.

The Practice Note 17 company failed to submit its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports in respect of the financial year ended June 30, 2022 to Bursa Malaysia Securities by the Oct 31 deadline.
