AWC wins RM188mil hospital support service job


KUALA LUMPUR: AWC Bhd has secured a contract worth RM188.3mil from the Health Ministry (MOH) to provide hospital support services for the National Cancer Institute.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, AWC said its wholly-owned subsidiary Ambang Wira Sdn Bhd (AWSB) accepted the letter of acceptance from MOH to provide hospital support services.

The contract period is five years commencing from Dec 1, 2022 to Nov 30, 2027.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the AWC group over the duration of the contract,” it said.
