Sunview secures RM93.83mil contract for LSSPV project in Kuala Selangor

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunview Group Bhd has secured a RM93.83mil contract from LSS TPG Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Advancecon Holdings Bhd, for the development of a 26MW large scale solar photovoltaic (LSSPV) plant in Kuala Langsat, Selangor.

The solar photovoltaic solutions provider said in a statement, the contract entails the full range of services from project preliminaries, management and engineering as well as consultancy services, procurement of solar PV modules and equipment to earthworks, civil works and ancillary works, testing and commissioning.

The project works are expected to take place from February 2023 to Nov 30, 2023.

“The new contract represents as the Group’s maiden contract as a listed entity and we will continue to capitalise on our proven track record and experienced technical and management team to remain competitive in the market and further strengthen our orderbook.

"Moving forward, we will continue to champion Malaysia’s transition towards the adoption of renewable energy by providing a one-stop solutions centre for individuals and companies that want to utilise solar power as their source of energy,” said Sunview CEO Ong Hang Ping.
