PETALING JAYA: Despite the environment of rising interest rates and declining yield spread, Axis Real Estate Investment Trust
(Axis-REIT) is expected to offer financial year (FY) 2022-2024 dividend yield of 5.1% to 5.8%.
Its operating statistics have remained positive in the first nine months of 2022, with a 67% tenancy renewal rate and 95% portfolio occupancy rate, according to CGS-CIMB Research.
