Golden Land to purchase Sg. Karak land for RM9.91mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Golden Land Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Scott Emas Sdn Bhd has inked a deal with Everwin Realty Development Sdn Bhd to acquire two parcels of freehold land in Bentong, Pahang, for RM9.91mil.

The group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia the lands measure about 19.812 acres and are located at Sungai Karak.
