Citi employees raise RM250,000 for annual Global Community Day


KUALA LUMPUR: Citi Malaysia and its employees raised RM250,000 in funds which was distributed to nine people’s housing project (PPR) as well as two charity associations in conjunction with its annual Global Community Day (GCD).

The bank, in a statement, said Citi Volunteers managed to raise RM170,000 for communities and residents living in the PPR locations who are from the low-income group and often struggle with illness, lack of education, rising cost of living and multiple other challenges.
