Kerjaya Prospek wins RM155mil BHP contract


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kerjaya Prospek said the project would commence on July 15, to be completed within 35 months from the commencement date.

KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (KPM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd, has been awarded a contract for the main building of a proposed residential development project at Lot 365, Lorong Maarof here for RM154.68mil from Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd (BHP).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kerjaya Prospek said the project would commence on July 15, to be completed within 35 months from the commencement date.

“The contract is for main building works for a proposed residential development project for one block of 39-storey apartment,” it said. — Bernama
