KUALA LUMPUR: Trading of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd
’s (F&N) shares on Bursa Malaysia will be suspended from 9am on June 3 pending a material announcement.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the food and beverage group said Bursa Malaysia Securities had approved its request for trading suspension.
It said the request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on requests for suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
F&N closed up 38 sen to RM20. Year-to-date, the counter has fallen some 19%.
