Matrix Concepts unveils M333 St Kilda project

PETALING JAYA: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd launched its newest project M333 St Kilda in Australia with a gross development value of A$75mil (RM235.3mil).

In a statement, the company said the project is set to be a modern residential landmark in Melbourne. An exclusive sales preview of the M333 St Kilda project was also held yesterday for the first time in Malaysia at Brick Studio by Metal Bees, Sunway Damansara.

M333 St Kilda is a low-rise boutique apartment block is located in the heart of St Kilda itself, a trendy Tribeca-style bayside suburb which is popular for its beach and cultured yet bohemian lifestyle. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach and conveniently, a tram-stop is right at its doorstep.

M333 St Kilda is strategically located at the corner of St Kilda Road and Blanche Street and it sits on a freehold land of 2,543 sq m or 0.63 acres.

Matrix Concepts said that M333 St Kilda is the group’s third project in Melbourne following the success of M.Carnegie in 2016 and M.Greenvale in 2019, and its construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
