McDonald’s licensee to buy land from PNB’s unit in Nilai

A McDonald’s quick-service restaurant will be set up on the said land in Kota Seriemas which is targeted to open for business in early 2023. It will have full dine-in and drive-thru facilities and will be the second McDonald’s drive-thru restaurant in Nilai.

KUALA LUMPUR: PNB Development Sdn Bhd’s unit Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd (SDSB) will sell 0.64 acres of commercial land in Kota Seriemas, Nilai, Negri Sembilan to the licensee of McDonald’s in Malaysia – Gerbang Alaf Restaurants Sdn Bhd.

SDSB said in a statement that it had signed the sale and purchase agreement with Gerbang Alaf.
