Investors specify qualities of a good developer


Following a recently organised online roadshow, Maybank Investment Bank (Maybank IB) Research, said the general consensus from investors is that the property sector lacks strong rerating catalysts over the short term.

KUALA LUMPUR: Property investors are expected to focus on developers with good dividend track records, healthy balance sheets and with higher exposure to landed and industrial segments, according to Maybank Investment Bank (Maybank IB) Research.
