PETALING JAYA: Melbourne property developer Beulah, together with investment partner Tan Sri Kong Hon Kong via his investment vehicle KHK Group, registered record-breaking single-day sales worth RM1.2bil for their AU$2.7bil (RM8.5bil) development, STH BNK By Beulah.
In a joint statement yesterday, Beulah and KHK Group said buyers flocked to the official launch of STH BNK By Beulah on Saturday to purchase their preferred apartment.
