PETALING JAYA: Engineering services company Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
has been downgraded by Malaysian Rating Corp Bhd (MARC) after failing to meet a coupon payment again.
Serba Dinamik’s Islamic medium-term notes and Islamic Commercial Papers downgraded to a default rating of DIS from CIS and MARC-4IS respectively.
