KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Edgenta Bhd
's sub-subsidiary Opus International (M) Bhd has entered into a collaboration with PPES Consults Sdn Bhd to provide project management and engineering design consultancy services to projects via a joint venture firm.
In a bourse filing, UEM Edgenta said the JV firm, Opus Consultants Sdn Bhd, is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Opus International, and whose principal activity is to provide management and engineering consultancy services.
