Former Bursa CEO Yusli passes away at 63


Datuk Yusli Mohamed Yusoff also held directorships in several listed companies, including KPJ Healthcare Bhd, FGV Holdings Bhd, Westports Holdings Bhd, AirAsia X Bhd and Mudajaya Group Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Bursa Malaysia Bhd executive director and chief executive officer Datuk Yusli Mohamed Yusoff has passed away following a battle with cancer. He was 63.

A strong advocate of corporate governance, Yusli was the president of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance since 2015.
