CTOS gets green light to acquire 49% stake in JurisTech

KUALA LUMPUR: CTOS Digital Bhd has received shareholders’ approval for the proposed acquisition of a 49% stake in Juris Technologies Sdn Bhd (JurisTech) for RM205.8mil cash.
