Ecovis resigns as auditor for XOX Technology

KUALA LUMPUR: XOX Technology Bhd’s auditor Messrs. Ecovis Malaysia PLThas resigned due to cost and pricing issues.

“The resignation of Ecovis is due to cost and pricing issues. Further, the board also wishes to inform that the company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of Shareholders,” XOX Technology said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
