’s auditor Messrs. Ecovis Malaysia PLThas resigned due to cost and pricing issues.
“The resignation of Ecovis is due to cost and pricing issues. Further, the board also wishes to inform that the company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of Shareholders,” XOX Technology said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The company said Ecovis had given its notice in writing to the board of its resignation, pursuant to the Companies Act 2016.
XOX Technology is in the midst of identifying new auditors, and will make further announcements in due course.
