(CHHB) has entered into several agreements to develop an omnichannel business model in Malaysia in line with its digital transformation plan.
CHHB has signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Starpulse Sdn Bhd which paves the way for it to undertake licensing and collaboration agreements with Beijing Wodong Tianjun Information Technology Co Ltd (JD.com) to develop an omnichannel, or multi-channel, business model in Malaysia.
