Country Heights in JV with Starpulse to develop omnichannel business model


KUALA LUMPUR: Country Heights Holdings Bhd (CHHB) has entered into several agreements to develop an omnichannel business model in Malaysia in line with its digital transformation plan.

CHHB has signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Starpulse Sdn Bhd which paves the way for it to undertake licensing and collaboration agreements with Beijing Wodong Tianjun Information Technology Co Ltd (JD.com) to develop an omnichannel, or multi-channel, business model in Malaysia.
