KUALA LUMPUR: Straits Energy Resources Bhd's 70%-owned subsidiary Tumpuan Megah Development Sdn Bhd has signed a call-off contract with PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation for the supply of diesel for PM3-CAA field.
