PETALING JAYA: Ireka Corp Bhd
has bagged a contract worth RM124.39mil for the construction of a property project in Besut, Terengganu.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Ireka Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd, has received a letter of award for the proposed construction and completion of two blocks of 16-storey apartment, 342 single-storey terrace houses, 252 double-storey terrace houses and 17 double-storey shophouses.
