’s unit has entered into a collaborative agreement to form an unincorporated joint venture to perform and execute a contract worth B$9.4mil (RM29mil) in Brunei.
Widad told Bursa Malaysia that its wholly owned subsidiary Widad Builders Sdn Bhd signed the agreement with Syarikat Kejuruteraan Setia Abadi Sdn Bhd (SKSASB).
