Serba Dinamik to appoint new auditors by end on this month 


KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd told Bursa Malaysia today that it has submitted request of proposal for the provision of external audit to international audit firms on June 27.

"The Board is targeting to appoint the new auditors by end July 2021," Serba Dinamik said in a reply to the exchange's query.

"The Board also wishes to further inform that the company, on July 2, has requested a meeting with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), for a consultation in relation to the appointment of external auditors pursuant to Section 272 of the Companies Act 2016," it added.

Serba Dinamik is in the midst of appointing a new external auditor following the resignation of KPMG on June 24.
