Serba Dinamik appoints EY to do review

This decision is on the back of a discussion held between the company and Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd where EY is found fit for the engagement as it is a reputable “Big 4” firm of auditors, it said in a filing with the exchange yesterday.

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has formally appointed Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY) to undertake a special independent review of the audit matters raised by its former external auditors KPMG.
