PETALING JAYA: Magni-Tech Industries Bhd
’s unit has proposed to dispose of a parcel of 26, 951-square-metre freehold land, together with a factory building erected thereon, in Penang for RM23.3mil cash.
In its exchange filing, Magni-Tech said the group is expected to make a proforma gain of RM14.1mil from the proposed disposal through its wholly owned subsidiary South Island Garment Sdn Bhd.
