BCorp expands boardroom, Robin Tan steps back to non executive role

KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Corp Bhd said Datuk Sri Robin Tan Yeong Ching has relinquished his executive role in the company and moved to a non independent non executive deputy chairman role.

The group has also appointed five new independent directors, expanding its boardroom to 14 people.
