Mohamed Sharil joins Pos Malaysia board


In a statement, Pos Malaysia said Mohamed Sharil’s (pic) extensive background and immense experience in the corporate and regulatory sectors as well as legal and finance would bring a diverse range of disciplines to its board.

PETALING JAYA: Pos Malaysia Bhd has named Datuk Mohamed Sharil Mohamed Tarmizi (pic) as its independent non-executive director effective April 13,2021.

Mohamad Sharil was previously the chairman and chief executive of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), an independent regulatory body set up by a Malaysian Act of Parliament to develop, oversee and regulate the communications and multimedia sector in Malaysia.
