KUALA LUMPUR: The Energy Commission has shortlisted 30 bidders, including several listed companies, to develop new large scale solar power projects across the country.
The projects, ranging between 10MW and 50MW each, are targeted for commercial operations starting from next year.
The awards were announced following the completion of a competitive bidding exercise, the Energy Commission said.
"The selection is based on bids with the most competitive prices and meeting all RFP requirements," it said in a statement today.
The full list of winners are available on the Energy Commission's website.
