Majuperak’s group CEO Nizran Noordin said this marks the group’s foray in the property market outside Perak, tapping into the vast opportunities in the Klang Valley.
KUALA LUMPUR: Majuperak Holdings Bhd
is buying a 51% stake in property developer Nexusbase Development Sdn Bhd (NDSB) for RM12.50mil which is undertaking a property project in Pekan Hicom, Petaling.
Majuperak said on Friday it was buying the stake from Sloane Infinity Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd.
