Furniture maker Sern Kou sees 12.3% stake traded off-market

In the first quarter ended Sept 30,2020, Muar-based Sern Kou posted net profit of RM7.15mil on a revenue of RM80.66mil. Its asset per share was 65 sen.

KUALA LUMPUR: Furniture maker Sern Kou Resources Bhd saw 32.05 million of its shares traded off market in the afternoon on Monday.

Stock market data showed the shares were transacted at RM1.70 a share, which was six sen below its Friday closing price of RM1.76.
