Third-party enterprise software support for lower costs, efficiency

Andrew Seow

PETALING JAYA: In a global economy savaged by the Covid-19 pandemic, more companies are moving their operations online and investing in information technology (IT), and at the same time, looking for ways to reduce costs and improve business processes.

This has led many companies in Malaysia to look into third-party enterprise software support as an alternative, according to Rimini Street regional general manager (South-East Asia and Greater China) Andrew Seow.“We help our customers to save a minimum of 50% of their software maintenance costs. And many times, the savings can go up to 80% to 90%, ” said Seow, who is based in Singapore.
