Public Islamic Bank’s EEV, solar panel plans give environ a boost


Public Islamic Bank will also launch a residential solar panel financing programme with attractive financing rates to benefit existing customers.

KUALA LUMPUR: Public Islamic Bank Bhd is giving the environmentally-conscious consumers and households a big boost with its financing plans for energy efficient vehicles (EEV) and solar panels.

In a recent statement, it said that these plans reflected its strong support for Bank Negara Malaysia’s value-based intermediation (VBI) initiative to align Islamic finance business models.
